Payment
Chrysalis Design, LLP requires payment in U.S. dollars in the form of PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, or
money order. Full payment is required prior to shipment of any product unless specific alternate arrangements have been on a per order basis
Product Warranty
Chrysalis Design, LLP guarantees quality and satisfaction with every item purchased.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your purchase,
Chrysalis Design will accept returns in their original packaging and condition provided
that products were originally purchased by you for use, not re-sale, from Chrysalis
Design (original purchase).
The warranty period for each product is shown in the section entitled "Product Warranty"
that follows, and starts on the date of original product shipment as shown on the receipt
which establishes original purchase.
Electronically Operational Cocktail Cabinet - 30 days
Empty Cocktail Cabinet - 90 days
Cocktail Cabinet Kits - 90 days
All Other Components - 90 days
Custom Services - Detailed in contract agreement
Warranty does not apply to any product which has clearly been damaged by
abuse and/or misuse.
Chrysalis Design warrants that on the date of original shipment, this product
will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If, during the Product Warranty
period, this product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, it will be exchanged,
or repaired at Chrysalis Design's option, with no additional product charge. Warranty service
does not include repair, or exchange, when a problem results from accident, disaster, misuse,
abuse, non-Chrysalis Design modification, improper storage, malfunctioning equipment or
normal wear and tear.
Chrysalis Design reserves the right to refuse the return of any customer specific
special and non-stock item orders.
To obtain warranty service, you must, during the Product Warranty period, return the product
along with pre-payment of shipping charges, and use the original shipping container or equivalent;
Chrysalis Design will pay return shipping charges within the continental United States should
it be determined that service was faulted due to defects in material or workmanship.
Products supplied to you on an exchange basis under warranty service become your property
at the time of exchange. At the same time, products returned become property of Chrysalis
Design when it is received by Chrysalis Design.

This limited warranty will apply only to product purchased and located in the
continental United States.
Special and Custom Product Services
Chrysalis Design, LLP Special and Custom Product Services are offered under the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Any design plans developed by Chrysalis Design for customer requests remains, at all times, the intellectual
property of Chrysalis Design. Under no circumstance does the customer retain any right to said intellectual
property.
2. Upon completion of design plans, Chrysalis Design will provide said design plans to customer in printed and/or
electronic format. The customer must express written consent of design approval by printing,
signing, dating, and return mailing to Chrysalis Design each page of provided materials.
3. Customer must sign and return a written contract agreement detailing all services provided by Chrysalis Design.
4. A financial deposit for half (50%) the total agreed upon final price for services described in the contract agreement
must be provided and cleared prior to Chrysalis Design initiating any work. Funds are required in the form of
personal check, cashier's check, or money order.
5. All Special and Custom Product Service sales are final. Chrysalis Design is in no way required to refund
any monies collected for services rendered unless those services are inconsistent with those details provided
in the Special and Custom Product Services contract agreement.
